Thandeka Nombanjinji-Nzama grew up being imparted with a wealth of knowledge within the property sector through her late father, Mr Ligwa Nombanjinji, who was one of the biggest property developers in Johannesburg.
She is a qualified Public Relations Practitioner that holds a Diploma in Public Relations (DIPPR-HEQSF Level 5), an Advanced Diploma in Public Relations (DIPPRHEQSF Level 6), a Sales Executive and a Sales and Marketing Certificate.
The dynamic young woman is the CEO of Nombanjinji Family Property, a Commercial Property Group with extensive portfolios in retail properties, office space and petroleum industries.
She is also the Managing Director of Mbokodo Building, a progressive CIDB grading 7 GB and 7CE construction entity which focuses on female empowerment within the built industry.
The businesswoman partnered up and founded Nzama Consulting with her late husband Mr. Warren Nzama in 2015 after having keen interests within the mining sector.
Thandeka is an internationally recognized multi-award winning businesswoman with the New York City Journal naming her the Top 30 Women Leaders to look out for in 2022. She is a firm believer of being a servant to the community and being an advocate for generational legacy creation for young black women.
With her substantial network, strong business acumen, passion for people, knowledge and experience gained throughout the years, Thandeka is well equipped to be part of the extensive property, infrastructure, construction and mining arenas.
